With over 10 years experience Laura has helped hundreds of women lose weight and stay in shape and she will help you get your best body. She is passionate about health and fitness, provides expert advice, and believes that with the confidence to make the right choices you can feel fitter, toned and more energised!

Laura has also worked at the Riverside Health Club in Chiswick and the Matt Roberts studio in London. She has run the London marathon, practices pilates regularly and devised her successful post natal programmes after the birth of her beautiful daughter Imogen in 2011. Laura has been through extensive training for her REPS level 3 Premier Diploma in Personal Training, Nutrition and Sports Therapy and for the Stott Pilates matwork series. She also specialises in pre and post natal fitness, weight loss, running, core stability and postural correction.

Samantha George, Personal Trainer

 Samantha has worked in the health and fitness industry      for over 8 years and loves every minute of her work! She  takes a holistic approach to wellness, coaching her clients  in exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset training to help  them reach their goals. 

 Samantha is a level 3 Personal Trainer, Holistic  Lifestyle Coach, Nutritional Therapist movement and  NLP specialist. She has additional certifications in  boxing, circuit training, pre and post-natal fitness,  training senior citizens, exercise for cancer patients,  spinning and core stability.


Emily Howes, Personal Trainer


Emily is passionate about all aspects of fitness, health and nutrition. She enjoys motivating and encouraging her clients to achieve their best in every session, allowing them to reach their goals whether it is losing a jeans size, getting back their pre-baby body or running a marathon. Her emphasis is on functional training and she uses methods and equipment such as high intensity intervals, kettlebells, TRX, VIPR, circuit training and boxing.

Emily is also a qualified yoga instructor and wholeheartedly believes in the power of this ancient, holistic approach to achieving physical and mental wellbeing. Her aim as a yoga teacher is to inspire her clients to achieve the seemingly impossible, whether that is complete relaxation after a stressful day or a handstand! She teaches dynamic vinyasa flow based styles which will get the heart pumping and build strength as well as more restorative Hatha yoga.

Her qualifications include: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Exercise Prescription, Group Fitness and Exercise to Music, 200 RYT Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training, 200 RYT Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training, Kettlebells, Suspended Movement Training (TRX), Performance Boxing, Circuit Training and Core Stability.
