Personal Training with True Vitality

Personal Training with True Vitality means that you will receive expert fitness advice in a carefully structured training programme that will be enjoyable and ‘energise your life’.

Sessions are booked in advance so you have your weeks exercise planned, knowing that each one will be fully productive. I've lost count of how many times my clients have said; "If I wasn’t booked with you, there's no way I'd be exercising right now!"

How to Get Started....

Stage One : Initial Consultation

Firstly you will get together with Laura for your initial FREE consultation where she will assess the current state of your health, define your goals and what you would like to achieve.

Stage Two : Fitness Testing

Your 1st session includes fitness testing to check your weight, body fat composition, BP, and various tests to establish your postural weaknesses, cardiovascular fitness levels and muscular strength and endurance.

Stage Three : Goal setting and programme design

We will set achievable goals as part of your tailored personal fitness programme.

Stage Four : Personal training sessions

One hour sessions includes a warm up, your own personalised programme and cool down.

Your training programme will continually change and evolve to reflect your fitness gains and to maintain variety and interest! This is a 2-way relationship, and you must be prepared to make long term, realistic and maintainable lifestyle changes that incorporate fitness into your life in a regular way.

Stage Five : Nutrition

As part of your programme I will offer simple yet effective nutritional plans which combined with your exercise programme will enable you to achieve your goals.

You will be asked to keep a weekly food diary so we can come up with strategies to overcome your nutrition ‘problem areas’.
