Personal Fitness Training sessions are booked in advance and so you have your weeks exercise planned, knowing that each session will be fully productive and not just another tiresome slog at the gym. I've lost count of how many times my clients have said the following half way through a workout, "If I wasnt booked with you, there's no way I'd be exercising right now!"

Stage One : Initial Consultation |

You will get together with Laura your appointed True Vitality fitness trainer for your initial FREE ½ hour consultation to review your aims, goals and what you hope to achieve from your training (as well as what we expect from you!).

Stage Two : Fitness Testing |
 |

1st session includes fitness testing to check your weight, body fat composition, BP, and various tests to establish your postural weaknesses, cardiovascular fitness levels and muscular strength and endurance. They will be repeated at appropriate stages throughout your programme in order to demonstrate the progress you are making and to keep you motivated.

Stage Three : Goal setting and programme design |

We will work in partnership to set achievable goals, and provide you with the exercise health and fitness programme, support and motivation that you will need to reach a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Stage Four : Personal training sessions |
 |
|
A one hour session includes a warm up, main session, cool down and stretching. At the start the focus will be on ensuring good technique so that you are confident in getting things right if you want to exercise outside of your sessions
Laura will offer to use email and telephone contact between training sessions to maintain motivation and check your progress. Your training programme will also continually change and evolve to reflect your fitness gains and to maintain variety and interest! “This is a 2-way relationship, and you must be prepared to make long term, realistic and maintainable lifestyle changes that incorporate fitness into your life in a regular way”.
The fuel you put inside your body will directly affect the physical goals you want to achieve. Laura will address your daily needs and give you simple yet effective nutritional plans, which in turn with the exercises will get you losing those inches! You will be asked to keep a weekly food diary so we can come up with strategies to overcome your nutrition ‘problem areas’ and accelerate your fat loss.
