We will start with an initial, obligation free consultation where we will explore and set your personal goals. This won’t just be to focus on the areas of your body you don’t like as we will work with what you love about your body to accentuate that. We will then motivate and support you by training at a comfortable pace and progressive level that will keep you motivated to reach your goals. If you are going to take precious time out to exercise, there is no point in just going through the motions – approach your workout with a positive mindset, enjoy it and make a conscious decision to concentrate on and commit to what you are doing. Our aim is to help you find a health and fitness plan that you love and will stick to in the long term!
Our highly experienced trainers cover South West London, Richmond, Kingston and Surrey as well as Ascot, Windsor and Virginia Water and they are available Monday to Saturday, from 6.30am to 8pm. We come to you (and bring all necessary equipment) saving you inconvenient journeys and costly gym fees. This flexibility allows us to provide you with fun, results based training in the comfort of your own home, gym or any of Richmond and London's parks. We offer one to one sessions and training with a friend or small groups.
