To help you nourish your body, mind and soul.
Value your own needs.
Your needs are just as important as everyone else’s.
You don’t need to do more.
You are already doing an amazing job.
Ask for help.
You are not failing.
Take time to be in the moment.
The chores can wait.
Connect with your partner.
Remember who you were before you had kids.
Do more of what you love.
Not just what is expected of you.
It is ok to slow down Mama and recharge your batteries.
You won’t fall apart if you stop racing around.
